The organisers have booked rooms and negotiated special rates for Forum participants in several hotels, ranging from exclusive to tourist class, in the vicinity of the University of Warsaw.

Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel *****

Krakowskie Przedmieście 42/44 (5 min. walk from venue)

Hotel Bristol made a pre–reservation of 15 rooms (with 10% discount) for the Forum participants (name code: “Young Legal Historians”).
You can book, but also modify or cancel your reservation through: reservations.bristol@luxurycollection.com.

Hotel Gromada “Dom Chłopa ***

Pl. Powstańców Warszawy 2 (10 min. walk from venue)

Hotel Gromada made a pre–reservation of 10 single–rooms (ca. 65 euro per night for the room, including breakfast) and 10 double–rooms (ca. 75 euro per night for the room, including breakfast) for the Forum participants. The reservation must be confirmed until 1st of June 2018 through the website: warszawahotel.centrum@gromada.pl. While confirming the reservation please provide the hotel with the code name “Young Legal Historians” or the reservation no.  BI621.

Hotel Logos (15 min. walk from venue)

Hotel Logos made a pre–reservation of 20 single–rooms (ca. 50 euro, including breakfast) for the Forum participants. The reservation must be confirmed until 1st of June 2018 through e-mail: rezerwacja@hotellogos.pl. While confirming the reservation please provide the hotel with the code name “Historycy/Historians”.

Hotel Hera – housing for University guests

Ul. Belwederska 26/30 (10 min. by bus)

There are 30-40 places available for Forum participants at ca. 25 Euro per night. To book please e-mail (forum2018aylh@uw.edu.pl) the Forum organisers and they will arrange the booking for you.
